No one but authorized personnel can get duplicate keys made. When an employee leaves and turns in his or her key, you know they didn’t get a "extra" copy made.

Never say never but, for all practical purposes, high security cylinders can’t be picked. They also incorporate hardened inserts, strategically placed though out the cylinder to resist "drilling".
